The Hahnemann House in Köthen is one of those few significant locations where medicine, culture and our contemporary history can be intensively experienced.
This is where the great German physician, pharmacist and chemist Dr. Samuel Hahnemann [*1755 in Meissen - died 1843 in Paris] lived from 1821 to 1835 as the founder of the homeopathic therapy theory that was spread worldwide.
Here he created significant works such as his Organon and many other writings.
Based on the teachings of Hippocrates and Paracelsus, he developed a holistic approach to the patient and the further development of the Simile principle (Similia similibus curentur / Like cure like).
The self-healing powers are stimulated and the healing process of the patient is promoted by a stimulation and regulation therapy of medicines in a suitable concentration of active ingredients (from hom. mother tinctures to high potencies), which is individually adapted to the patient by the therapist.
Elementary in the sense of homeopathy is therefore, in addition to the choice of the drug, the detailed and holistic anamnesis with recording of all accompanying circumstances, so that the possibilities of the therapy are optimally used, but also the natural limits of homeopathy are clarified.
Ask your doctor, therapist and pharmacist about this, because homeopathy is to be used expertly.
Visit this jewel of German history and its international impact and expression. Experience first-hand the fascination of homeopathy and its historical dimension and the fundamental therapeutic significance, which has lost nothing of its fundamental importance even in today's pharmaceutical environment.
